At Ehsun Life Coaching Ltd we strive to provide loving, honest and exceptional service to all. For this to happen, you must be clear about how we operate. Signing up to any of our services, including the free offerings, means that you consent to all our terms below.

Please carefully review our policies to ensure that you have a positive experience with us. 

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds:

Refunds for Peace Program and Unity Program

• No refunds are available within 14 days of Live program start date
• Refunds are available for 7 days after purchasing a program, providing that the date you request a refund does not fall 14 days or under to the program start date
• No refunds are available for missing any Live classes. We provide you with class recordings and it is your responsibility to download these within the stated time frame of availability

Your fee covers the Live sessions in the selected program on the dates shown on our website + access to the online community, course materials, and class recordings.

Flash Sales: Very rarely, we offer sales with large discounts on our programs available for a very short time period. These are done spontaneously to celebrate certain occasions. If you purchased a program at full price around this time, we don’t permit refunds in order to re-buy at the sale price. 

Unity Program & Peace Program

If you enroll after the course begins, the fee will cover the remaining live sessions listed in the current program schedule, and you will have access to any other sessions you were unable to attend through recordings.

The fee for one program cannot be used or transferred to enrol in another live program at a later date.

Special Offer: Unity Program for couples

If you are in a committed relationship when you purchase the program, then your partner can enter entirely for free and access the resources. We have put this offer out to encourage unity in relationships.

If you are not in a committed relationship, there is no free entry possible for your former partner, or access to resources. This includes recent separations, breakups, “on-off” cycles, situationships, which do not gain free entry to the Unity Program.

Masterclass and class recordings

Tickets purchased for online masterclasses and recordings are non-refundable.

Payment Plan

Failure to complete a payment on time may result in removal from the program and inability to attend future programs. 

Scholarship:

To help people primarily who live in third world countries, and who are enduring genuine financial hardship, we have a limited number of scholarship places for the group programs. Please write to us on contact@ehsun.co.uk to apply.

By being granted a program, you agree to respect the members, the space, maintain confidentiality of our materials, and honor all payments. Sharing program materials, recordings in any public space online or offline, or copyrighted content is strictly prohibited. 

Media Sharing: Inspiration Purposes

One of the most powerful ways for us to succeed in our mission of spreading healing around the world, is to showcase the magic of it to the public. This has proven to be very effective and invitational towards others to sign up for coaching.

By enrolling in one of our Programs or one to one coaching or our free Unity with Ehsun group, you grant Ehsun Life Coaching Ltd permission to use class recordings featuring you for educational purposes on social media and other public platforms, including the use of your name, image or any sharing with Ehsun.

Please note that media recording and screenshots may be taken at any time for educational or promotional purposes. If you wish to remain private during Live Zoom classes, you may keep your camera off and hide your full name within Zoom classes. It is your responsibility to take these steps if privacy is a concern.

You have the right to withdraw consent to having your image name or video footage shared on social media.

You can email us in advance at contact@ehsun.co.uk to ensure your privacy. Note that your real photo and full legal name must still be displayed inside the Mighty Networks space, but we will not share any of your images or data outside of the Space if this is your wish.

Recordings:

Participants will have Recordings Lifetime Access. By ‘lifetime access,’ we mean that it is your responsibility to download the recording from the provided link within one month of the recording becoming available. This policy applies to all programs and coaching recordings purchased on our website.

Downloadable recordings of one to one coaching must be done within the timeframe that we provide for you which will be determined at the time that you work with Ehsun.

Data Sharing:

We are dedicated to safeguarding the personal information shared by users of our website and maintaining a consistent, lawful approach to data protection. Your data will be handled in accordance with relevant privacy and data protection regulations. This policy applies to all users, regardless of nationality or country of residence, and covers both automated and manual methods of data processing, including profiling activities.

We collect only essential information such as your name, contact details, preferences, and site usage. This data is used to enhance your experience and provide relevant services and content. Your personal data is never sold to or shared with third parties. You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. We use cookies to personalize your experience and improve our website functionality. All payment transactions are securely processed. Banking information and email addresses are safeguarded under strict confidentiality policies and are not disclosed to any third-party authorities. By using our website, you agree to this policy and the way your data is handled.

Medical Disclaimer: 

In 9 years of coaching people Ehsun has never been negligent with his clients nor received a complaint around mishandling a client in respect to their medical health. His methods are extremely safe. We would like to maintain this record, but we are aware that sometimes accidents could happen. 

Ehsun Anwar and Ehsun Life Coaching Ltd take no responsibility for your health and any unwanted experiences that occur during our coaching programs or our free group “Unity With Ehsun”, whatsoever. By signing up for any coaching program or free group, you agree that your mental and physical health are entirely your responsibility. This includes any medical conditions that you have that may be inflamed by the coaching processes or breathwork. Our processes include light physical movement of the body, intense breathwork, and calming meditation with the eyes closed including the use of visualising things in your mind and listening to music.

The content and materials provided on this website and social media platforms from Ehsun Anwar and Ehsun Life Coaching Ltd, whether for viewing or purchase, are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease. The techniques and practices shared during our programs, masterclasses, and online events are general wellness practices and do not replace professional medical advice or treatment. All materials provided within Ehsun’s coaching programs and recordings are the exclusive property of Ehsun Life Coaching Ltd. Unauthorized sharing or publishing of these materials on any platform is strictly prohibited without consent from Ehsun.

The Right to Remove Clients:

We are committed to maintaining a loving, respectful and supportive environment. Any participant using inappropriate or disrespectful language or behaviour towards Ehsun or other participants, may be removed from our coaching programs without notice or refund. This applies in one to one caching, as well as group coaching programs. 

Updates and Amendments:

We reserve the right to update or amend our policies as necessary to ensure the best possible experience for our clients. 

If such changes occur during a program, you will be notified in advance where possible, and immediately after.
