What do I need to bring with me?
Pen and a notepad on which you can keep all your notes in one tidy place
Blanket and pillow for the deep meditations in which you will be laying down flat
Share your journey and questions with the community. Ehsun will answer a select few questions randomly through the week
Can couples join as one entry?
Yes. If you are in a committed relationship, then both partners may enter for the price of a single entry
What if I can't attend a class Live?
A recording of each class will be available for you to view online within 24 hours of the class taking place
If you download the recordings to your own device, then you will have lifetime access. The recordings will remain accessible online for about 1 month after the program finishes

How much healing will this provide for me?
Like any coaching or therapy, the progress varies from person to person
Ehsun has an exceptional reputation for enabling rapid and life altering healing in his clients

Do I need to do anything beforehand?
Yes, you need to prepare a clean and private space for each class to have maximal effect. Respect this space as sacred
Treat every class, every exercise, every downloadable booklet, to with respect. When you give your highest attention to them, the very best will unfold within you
Sessions take place on Zoom, and we recommend doing it on your computer or a large screen. Please ensure all your computer updates are done well in advance to avoid late entry to classes
Join the class early to avoid any last minute rush, so you can show up relaxed. Late entries will disturb the group energy
If you are joining as a couple, you can use the same screen, or a seperate one, whichever feels most comfortable
Optional: Don’t consume any stimulants like caffeine (including decaf), smoking, alcohol, and high-sugar processed foods for 3 days before each session. This calms your nervous system, making you more receptive to the healing energies available in the classes
Does the program contradict any religious teachings?
No. All teachings are designed to be compatible with any religion or belief system
This is because you will be simply using your own body and mind to heal yourself. It is based in real life energy, not belief structures
Will my partner heal?
In any relationship, the more pressure you apply to your partner, the less positive change you will see from them
The greatest thing you can do is to transform yourself, and to allow your partner to be who they are
They may be inspired to follow your enhanced energy from their own will, and you may get closer. Or they may not, and you may grow apart. Both changes will be aligned with the highest good
What if I sign up and change my mind?

Can I keep my camera off?
Whether you keep the camera on or off is entirely up to you
If you feel nervous about being seen, you can keep your camera off
However, for your personal growth, we recommend that you consider keeping your camera on. The reason for this is to overcome the fear of being seen in a group, which is in itself a profound healing exercise
